User Agreement

Please carefully read this agreement before using the website or any services provided through the platform.

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded between you and the company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs your use of our website, platform, and all services provided by us (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).

The Company is not obligated to compensate indirect losses, lost profits, or moral damages.

The User is prohibited from distributing information about the Company in the media and social networks without prior approval from representatives.

8. Communication with the User

The primary form of communication between the Company and the User is the notification and messaging system through the platform.

9. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

The Company has the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always published on the platform. Either party may terminate the agreement by sending appropriate notice.

10. Risk Disclosure

The User acknowledges and accepts the following risks:

• Possible loss of invested funds;
• Risks associated with the use of third-party payment systems;
• Risks not explicitly stated in the Agreement but potentially related to trading.

It is recommended to invest only funds the loss of which will not have a significant impact on your financial situation.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes between the User and the Company shall be resolved through negotiations. A complaint must be submitted no later than 7 business days from the occurrence of the disputed situation. The Company reviews the request within 14 business days.

12. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is признано invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the remaining terms, which remain in full force and effect.
